GameStop $50 extra in trade in credit for Rewards members

I try to shop GameStop exclusively due to their excellent Powerup Rewards benefits. This week they are offering a great one with $50 in extra in-store credit with the trade in of a Wii, Xbox 360, or PS3. Perfect chance to upgrade to something different if you are finding dust collecting on your gaming system or wanting to go portable with the new 3DS. There is a membership fee of $14.95/year but you get an entire year of Game Informer magazine as well as 10% extra in trade in credit and 10% off pre-owned games and accessories. If you buy $150 a year in pre-owned games or like to trade in your games periodically for new ones, this membership will pay for itself! I buy this every year for my son’s birthday so that I always remember when it’s time to pay for a new year and he loves getting the magazines in the mail.

About CharityAnn

I'm a small town, stay at home mom living on a shoestring budget. I spend my time working as a ChaCha guide from home, searching out internet coupons and deals, and entering sweepstakes for fun prizes we couldn't normally afford. Through ChaCha, coupons, deals, and sweepstakes I have found a way to continue staying home with my kids while still affording the things we want. I'm still learning what works and what doesn't, but I hope to share my finds with local readers so that we may all enjoy what our small town has to offer without paying big city prices.
